It would be Drake’s 9th week and right now I see some predictions saying maybe.

But Ed has signed cds and vinyls so nobody will know till his label submits those numbers

Ed has done literally over 100 interviews in promotion of his album. He talks about it here:

No way Drake beats Ed for #1 so no one should get their hopes up. Drake probably does 60-65k this week. No way Ed does lower than that.

HDD started using AlphaData for their streaming/sales data a few years ago but they used to post projections even before then so we'll see what happens.

This isn't the first time they've failed to post a forecast on Saturday so it might not have anything to do with Billboard. If nothing drops today and on Friday then we know something is really up.

The only thing Hdd did was make the information public. Labels most definitely have access to the data already. If anything this gives room for more shady nonsense to happen

It’s insane how drake outlasted so many big artist over the years. I bet he would outsell Adele if she dropped once every year. In 2010 I never thought he’d would end up a bigger sales artist than Taylor, Gaga ,Katy, Rihanna, Beyoncé and JB. At this point I don’t think anyone other than Adele can outsell drake in 2021.

Taylor used to bundles to cover up the gap between them probably since 2017. She's probably going to do the same here w/ this vinyl s*** going forward.

No matter how close it is this week Atlantic will push it for Ed. Then Summer next week, she's clearly not as hot as last time but that's going to be tough.
Then one open week before Adele drops. So maybe he gets one more before it's all said and done.
