Honestly I think you could put every song from CLB, DLDT and Scorpion in a bag, randomly select 15-20 and call it an album. And it would’ve been better then the end result of CLB.

I’m just confused, like this is it? Idk man his music just sounds like one big victory lap nowadays. And don’t get me wrong there’s great tracks to choose and nothing is bad per se, it’s just…you kinda expect more from someone of his caliber who’s been at the top for as long as he’s been.

Whilst I do like the album… Drake’s problem is the delay. The January CLB would have been a classic if it was the original leaks. The original summer 2020 CLB would have been a classic if it was leaks mixed with DLDT. The problem is this if this guys sits on music for too long he starts questioning himself and makes rash decisions to make current bangers and recruits all the usual suspects and refuses to trim the album down. So we get these long albums which sound bloated and disjointed. That being said the majority of it is quality but we was all expecting something along the lines of NWTS type length and cohesiveness which it didn’t turn out to be.
