word they got gems on all their projects IMO...think Rafael Casal said he's working on a new project too so I'm sure we may get some new Daveed/clipping. stuff on there too
yep for sure, they're one of a kind. and that's dope, i will be on the lookout. good looks

Check the Lock is fire...whole album is crazy...feel like I may end up liking more individual tracks on There Existed An Addiction To Blood but this one flows better all the way through
Why does it feel like another Clipping album was just released a few months ago?

they put one out last year around this time (that was recorded around the same time this was)...also released a "live" album on vinyl for RSD

Ahhhh got ya
Damn this might be AOTY, production is insane
Favorite tracks so far: Eaten Alive, Make Them Dead, 96' Neve Campbell, Looking Like Meat, Check the Lock
will never understand how Daveed Diggs is so slept on (at least by the hip-hop community) when dude is a top notch lyricist...love clipping. but anyone know if he has plans to release any solo material like his early mixtapes, Seven Nights in Chicago or the Blindspotting EP's? Idk if it's the Hamilton thing or the fact that clipping. is noise rap which turns some ppl off but feel like he should be recognized more than he is despite doing a lot of Hollywood stuff...dude floats over this whole project with a bunch of different styles

his music is very inaccessible, but yeah, that's expected. mike patton has the same problem with being a common name, but his music is too inaccessible for fans. i do hope daveed does more solo stuff in the future since he's made a name for himself in hollywood
also having mixed thoughts on this album idk. love the message though

I get that clipping. is a bit of an acquired taste for sure but he's able to make "normal" hip-hop too and you can find some of his earlier work on datpiff/youtube...but yeah I wish him and Rafael Casal were more recognized for their rap abilities
as for this new album I'm enjoying it quite a bit though I feel like There Existed An Addiction To Blood may have had a few more standout moments...this album definitely has a better outro than a piano burning for 17 minutes
just got the vinyl for Visions in the mail and s***s skipping SMH...specifically on 96 Neve Campbell and Looking Like Meat...gonna try sending it back and seeing if I can get a better copy but that was disappointing as hell
