Grinders aren’t too expensive tbh. My first one was the OXO Grinder which I think is like $99, there’s even cheaper ones as well there’s also hand grinders which I think can also be cheaper.

It oxidizes right? And when it’s pre grounded there is both more surface area and the fragile inside oxidizing. You wouldn’t buy an already halved avocado
