my wife got me an early Christmas present, a Casabrew Espresso machine. made my first latte and kinda nailed it lowkey
can't wait to fine tune this s***
Espresso drinkers, any recommendations for a quality grinder thats a little more affordable than the niche zero?
Coffee really helps me getting some focused work done, but it also gives me sleeping problems

Best advice I have is to not have any caffeine 6hrs before your bedtime and to wait 60-120min before your first cup in the morning. But that's not exactly realistic for a lot of people heh

I try to not drink after 12 in the afternoon, but when I am working on music I wanna keep drinking..
Is there something that does the opposite of coffee?
Something you can drink/take/eat in the evening to get heavy/tired?

there's lots of herbal teas that can help with sleep, but they're not gonna completely counteract caffeine. I'm also a big proponent of decaf so maybe try drinking some decaf or halfcaf past noon when you're being creative? I will often have a cup of decaf after dinner and it doesn't really mess with my sleep. but I have really solid sleep naturally.
This is a tea I drink before bed that has a lot of relaxing herbs in it. It's nice and tasty as well, a bit sweet even. Just to give you an idea/jumping off point.

Yeah it's awesome! I was looking at a Breville Bambino cuz that's what a friend of mine has but then my wife got me the 5418 and I'm over the moon about it. And for like half the price lmao!
Bump
If I am not shaking or s***ting after the first sip, the coffee isn’t strong enough. Caffeine addict 💯
Absolutely adore coffee & have been obsessed with it since I was a teenager.
I will let iced coffee brew & sit in the fridge for 24 hours, or put a s*** ton of grounded coffee in a hot brew
Feel bad for y'all outside the Midwest who can't brew up some beans of Fredrick's Meijer off brand beans s*** is too good and too cheap
