I was actually doing this every morning for a few months lol, but heard the caffeine negatively affects the getting creatine into your system (or something along those lines). I've seen conflicting info for and against it so I just ended up stopping.

Mix it into sparkling water and have it as a palette cleanser between sips of espresso
