coke zero and cigarettes used to be breakfast and lunch for 5 months and I dropped down to 49 kilos when I had anorexia

i only drink cold drinks if i buy fast food or at a restaurant (which i dont be doing either that much)

most time i drink juice, water, and iced coffee

dont think this is true. apparently it makes obese people crave calorie dense foods more cause the body is conditioned to think that sugar is coming once you drink a sweet drink. it doesnt directly make u gain any fat or weight though lol. as long as u stay under your needed daily calories, you will lose weight and you could hypothetically drink 10 zero sodas. if you drink a zero soda, and you go on and eat 4000 calories, you will gain weight yea
