The album not that remarkable for statements like this.
Drake finally did something unexpected so we gotta pretend like itās groundbreaking music

Nobody forcing to you to love the music but drake topics have an allure to you because you stay in every thread
You gotta do the same for the artists you think are ground breaking š

Iām a Drake fan but that doesnāt mean I have to like every album/song from him.
I love all his 20s albums except HNVM.
HNVM has jams on it but i never get people saying its timeless music or it will be cherished for generations. it aint being jammed outside the hip hop community. Id go as far as to say HNVM didn't even having the reach that Hold On We're Going Home had when it dropped a decade ago. I actually heard that outside of hip hop circles unlike HNVM

True, itās some cringe music elitism no matter the album
Yāall keep tryna force this album as a classic or act like niggas wasnāt ready for it but itās only on ktt that itās rated like that. S*** is mid lol
nah a lot of people i know irl love it and that includes some pretty poppin DJs that dj internationally
Whether someone likes HNVM says a lot about how dimwitted/broad minded they are.
what are you tryna say
i will never like the half baked lazy mess that is hnvm
stream chromatica
thing is i get the argument that certain artists made that type of music better in a ātechnical/objectiveā sense like sure we can listen to olamide but drakeās own performance of all the sounds was incredible to me

i heard people in several middle eastern countries listening to it idk man it doesnāt do the numbers his other albums are doing but it means a lot to some groups of people

Drake fans hate facts
This take is just awful & disingenuous
Hardly

This lazy criticism needs to f*** off, seriously
Itās not lazy criticism at all, the album sounds cheaply produced. Itās the only Drake studio album that this criticism can be made about
Honestly he started 2018 so well
Was on a great run
Beef changed public perspective
But album overall was solid
Mob Ties is a 10/10 song
Yāall drake stans havenāt recovered from King Push. Now THATāS pandemonium
I actually love Pusha T & I can prove it ITT
But this thread is purely about the overlooked quality of Scorpion.
Weirdos mentioning cheap sounding production values ITT, but have you heard "Jaded" & "Final Fantasy"?
I can't even imagine how Drake must've felt

why do yall drake stans use ad hominem attacks instead of responding to arguments with logic
