Man I’m jealous you got to go to that
First show on GA. Hearing him rap for free live was insane.
Drizzy
Kenny
Future
is the real top 3 and future arguably the most influencial of the three
Cole still living off top hot mixtapes if we're keeping it a buck (not hating)
only on ktt is future in this convo lmao
drake was incredible the two times i saw him live
he kept the crowd invested the whole time. really good at interacting with the crowd. didn't miss any words in his raps or singing.
the only thing that holds him back sometimes is the singing imo
when he's on he's on
but i feel like sometimes it's like
I've seen both and I can't agree with this past 2015. Kunta groove sessions were special.
Seen both. Kod and damn. Kendrick had better set design but in terms of actually performing cole was better. Cole sounded just like the actual track with more energy.
We haven't banned big 3 threads yet? @safe
why would they do that
it's okay for us to use
terms that we all know
that's how hip hop works

Drake's live shows are great because of how deep his bag is. He can perform for 2 hours just off of Top 40 hits that keep the crowd engaged the entire time
Would pay a lot of money to see an intimate b-sides show from Drake though

It’s Cole still tbh. He’s more respected within the rap community.
He did do a live album release for FHD
and i wish he'd do live
versions of his other albums
the fall off live is gonna be super fire i bet

They're just not adding to the sxn
“Pseudo deep music”
He’s just rapping about life, man. You guys sound pretentious when you say s*** like this to dismiss music with substance.
I think they're reacting to some people/fans who overrate Cole's substance maybe and not the actual music/lyrics
But even then, Cole does rap about futile s*** in a srs tone imo
Ie : let nas down where he talks about letting nas down cuz he heard someone say nas was dissapointed Cole went pop radio or sum, not to dismiss his feelings but the whole song is melodramatic imo
Honestly the only rappers I would want to see live like that are probably Hov and Cole cause from what clips I’ve seen they’re dope performing the raps live without relying too much on stage theatrics or jumping around like a madman

!!!!!!!!!!!!
i saw kendrick after GKMC just came out
he was bad imo
That was almost a decade ago. He's done multiple tours since then and has gotten a lot better.
