Do you guys complete every game (story wise) you buy or just the ones you really like?
Nope, I have about 10 games that I haven’t beaten yet. Some I haven’t even played since I bought them.

Same man. I have a hard time caring to bfinish a game unless I’m super into it, which is pretty rare these days.
You talking simply beating it? Or 100% completion/getting the platinum trophy?
Beating it I should say
If I start playing the game and enjoy it then I gotta do everything in it
Just started playing Witcher 3 with this goal in mind but it wasn’t hitting for me so idk what I’m gonna do
Used to. From N64 days to 2017ish when I got my gaming PC.
Was already in College, so buying all those Steam games just resulted in an immense backlog.
Post-graduation has resulted in quite a few game clears. So I feel the balance is back for sure. Still not as it used to be
My back log right now...
Games I own and havent beaten:
Star wars fallen jedi order
Red Dead Redemption 2
Cyberpunk (waiting for ps5 version)
Final Fantasy xv
Deus ex
God of War
Outer Worlds
Games I want to get and play:
Witcher 3
Last of us 1 & 2
Ghost of Tsushima
Final fantasy 7 remake
Spider man
Spider man miles morales
i mean if i'm really liking the game i'll finish it. i don't force anything though. if i'm not having fun i just uninstall the s***. at least half the games i have on steam i never finished.
Beating it I should say
Oh yea I beat every single game then. Waste of money otherwise.

unless you're not enjoying it anymore. then it's just a waste of time
Story wise yeah. Need to get some of my moneys worth if it's bad.
Also go for the platinum if it's good
I like being a completionist and I start to dislike games when I realize mid-game that doing 100% isn't worth it or is too difficult. But when 100% is well done I love completing it again and again
That's why I love Crash Bandicoot 2 and hate Crash 4
Didn't even finish any% of crash 4 cause I knew I couldn't do it 100% like what's the point of breaking the boxes if you ain't going for 100%
unless you're not enjoying it anymore. then it's just a waste of time
Bro this how I feel. Like if im not having fun wtf is the point, but its also like well s*** i just paid money for it might as well
the ones i like
the hours you save not forcing yourself to finish > the twenty bucks you wasted
unless youre down THAT bad lol

Thats real
I dont I'll ever finish Red Dead 2. I mean I never finished the original either

they really do nothing for you to not finish them?

Exactly. My time is more important to me than the money i have spent. But that is also why i only buy games i expect i’ll like.
Not many games i have bought but not finished.

I like the games. But I dont feel the need to keep playing. Like other games. I play once every few weeks or so for like an hr lol
not until recently tbh
i prob got like 120+ games on my steam library that i haven't even touched yet
but i been knocking em out as of late. i got a thing where i only have 3 games installed and i can't install a new game until i finish one of the 3

I feel like i’m getting tired of Open World games. I’d rather have linear games or if they are Open World i want them to be as creative as possible.
BOTW and RDR2 are the only open world games i actually enjoyed in like the past 5 years.
