    overnight oats

mix silk chocolate almond/cashew milk(i normally use unsweetened coconut milk but the sweetness from chocolate + the creaminess from the cashew tastes super good), mix in a blender with some cinnamon, nutmeg and flax seed. mix in some raw oats and cranberries if you want and put in a mason jar and stick that s*** in the fridge. don’t eat for at least 4 hours

i don’t use normal milk bc it f***s my stomach up but you could, but using one of the substitutes i mentioned means you can leave that s*** in the fridge for 3 or 4 days and it’ll taste the same as the first day. super easy for when you’re on the go. there’s so much more s*** you can add in too; there’s a million recipes for flavors like carrot cake, red velvet, mint chocolate chip, etc

For anyone that likes chicken thighs something I like to do is heat up a cast iron skillet then cook them skin side down for about 8 minutes to let the fat render then finish them in the over at like 16 minutes. S*** comes out mad juicy and delicious
