Got it from this but there was a few adjustments made; use ghee instead of butter, add yogurt at the end (instead of cream) gives it much fuller taste, and also add turmeric!
Hope you enjoy brother, it is one of my favorite dinners!
my cooking tip for today is pickled red onions
one of the easiest toppings to make is also one of the most flavorful/versatile
prep a jar at the start of the week and use as needed, you won't regret it
Great tip, and pickling veggies is extremely underrated!
Made a chickpea curry and I didn’t like it
Why not
Oh yeah dinner for tonight is going to be:
Pulled pork Tomato Soup, and Caprese BLT Sandwiches. Really looking forward to it, getting some fresh mozarella from a local deli!

I love palak paneer, I also love Mutter paneer and there’s another one called cod hi paneer Kadhai paneer very eager there you go, I’m doing this voice to text s*** and sometimes it gets in correctly but yeah and it’s interesting how the Indian dishes names there’s like two names for each I think? Like saag paneer and palak paneer are virtually the same thing I believe and that’s the same with the card hi paneer and another one that’s name slip me and then maybe it’s just regional or maybe it’s just my ignorance

Did you use a bay leaf or any cardamom seeds before cooking it? Even cloves. Those add the 'Indian authentic taste' to it.
