Looks great! Did you make pulled chicken in a crockpot or pressure cooker? Also that green avocado salsa is something else. Was it Herdez? (usually the go-to personally)

Lucky that you have one near you, closest one is ~45 mins away for me.

the chicken is this, really clutch when im lazy since you basically just have to heat it in a pan, sometimes I add additional seasoning but its not really necessary, Also its not too expensive given the convenience tbh
the salsa is a new one I tried and gonna keep rebuying, I really like the squirt bottle and the fact that its actually spicy

mine a 3 min drive from my work 🧍🏻♂️
I stopped going for a while but I recently tried their canned salmon and kebabs and they clutch af for quick lazy healthy meals

You have access to some really good stuff right there.
Those boxed pulled chicken meals are great, actually have used some pulled pork from Sam's Club (similar to those) that you've got. Haven't seen that salsa before, but s*** that looks very similar to the authentic ones at some of the taco stops around town. Are they better than the ones that come in glass jars? Personally Mateo's Salsa is usually 10/10 and does it for me. But that's also some of the only ones that are accessible here.
Trader Joe's is only 3 minutes away from your work? You're lucky, that's probably an easy hack to get some fresh ingredients every single night.

ya HEB the best grocery store in the nation (and its not close)
u mean like these?
I usually have one of those on hand as well but I feel like they fit slightly different niches, the squirt bottle one kinda more like a taco salsa bc its spicier. I usually use it on tacos, quesadillas, eggs
ya HEB like 2 minute drive from my apartment too which is even more convenient. Sometimes I avoid trader joes bc the parking lot is a nightmare (especially at 5pm) but stop by every once in a while for frozens/snacks
Hell, any recipe containing paneer except for those with ‘aloo’ (potatoes) and/or ‘mattar’ (peas).

Haven't heard of HEB before. What region is it in? Yeah those are the Herdez Salsas that are pretty good! This was the one referred to above:
Goes really well on homemade tacos. That sounds like a good routine, for myself personally there's a few farmers markets around that usually have better stuff than grocery but the issue is that it's more overpriced and limited quantity of what they even have. Those squirt bottle salsas are amazing by the way. They unfortunately don't sell them here so might have to order online.
salsas.com is a great resource from what online says. Oh and you're right about Trader Joe's the parking lots at them are horrible. It's worth it though for the food they have.

oh ya I like those too but the other one fits my desired spice level way better
farmers markets fire, I never really go tho
I love making achari paneer tikka.
Haven't tried that one yet. From your post below you aren't an Aloo Gobi person?

Oh okay so yeah you got probably some of the best access to good foods down there. The BBQ is probably something else, eh? Also have you heard of a store called 'Pepper Palace'? They sell only salsas and hot sauces, some of the craziest spicy stuff available on the market. If you get a chance to go to one you should try it, they give out free samples of everything!

Iʼm not, haha, although I love preparing “gobi” with tomatoes, some kind of cheese, and spices. (Admittedly, it is in no way Indian.)

Can't say I agree! Personally, Aloo Gobi is one of the better dishes (although it's not up to par with some of the more curry type dishes). What about naan bread or roti? Do you usually do frozen or are you a fresh naan man?
Made a Southwestern Scramble tonight. Didn't capture a picture because of the hunger, but it was alright.

Fresh-naan man for damn sure; love roti as well.

Going to cook some Indian food tonight! Agreed with you, the fresh naan is something else.
