Might catch some flack for this might be helpful for some but I use meal kits (alternate between hellofresh and marley spoon depending on the recipes that week.) I typically go for s*** that I have never eaten, then just keep the recipe card for the future and make it on my own.
(You can typically find the makeup of their spice packets, or you can experiment and try your own based on the style/ culture of the food)

making your own ramen broth and stuff takes so long, i usually just get it at a restaurant. I'm sure if you have an instant pot, you can speed up the broth making process
