Probably same, needs a little runny yolk. Over hard is too much and tasteless, sunny-side up is too runny.

Over easy is great though. Thats the GOAT.

Do you like when they get runny? Or is it just more of a once in a while thing. Personally couldn't eat over easy everyday. However; could be alright in some dishes!

Definitely sounds like it's worth a try. The good thing about cooking is it's super easy to learn from mistakes! Even if you try something new to cook there's a good chance you can probably change the recipe to your own taste.
