oh I see. I mean I think cops are quitting in part to what you are saying, but I also think they are quitting in part due to how awful human beings in the police force get a slap on the wrist for disobeying protocols and murdering others. I have seen plenty of cops over the years say they quit because they can no longer support such an institution that enables that.

There are many issues here from there being no accountability to just how awful the training is in general, but the thing is that theres no steps being taken to improve on any of these issues
