There's a man on the ground in what appears to be some type of restraints, having his leg savaged by a police dog. He is not resisting, he is not doing anything. The level of urgency in the officers in trying to help him is minimal. then you have one cop pulling his taser on the woman because she is rightfully concerned about what i believe is her step dad. it does not f***ing matter what was going on before this.
