Apr 9, 2020SynopsisThere's a man on the ground in what appears to be some type of restraints, having his leg savaged by a police dog. He is not resisting, he is not doing anything. The level of urgency in the officers in trying to help him is minimal. then you have one cop pulling his taser on the woman because she is rightfully concerned about what i believe is her step dad. it does not f***ing matter what was going on before this.

yeah the dog thing for that long was f***ed up , but seeing the police video they warned him several times
the only problem for me here is the moron who couldn't control the dog
they called him a lot of times and they believed he could be armed, he was lucky this didn't end with him getting shot
they need to stop using dogs tho asap
