Covid-19 is droplet precautions which means a mask is mandatory. Airborne precautions means wearing an N95 mask which what I'm rocking.
The time we usually give a mask to a patient is if they're in reverse isolation and we want to prevent them from being exposed to pathogens
We're only telling people stop hoarding masks because the health care industry needs them more
you think theyre reusable after a couple days? virus particles shouldve died off then, right?

wait as I understand they're wearing masks to prevent spreading it to patients then, which is what i meant. People wear the masks to prevent the spread, not themselves.
Healthcare workers wear masks to keep the environment/sterile not themselves

It's generally not recommended to reuse masks like that unless they're in short supply. For now I'd say it's better than nothing if you don't have a lot.
