I am a pharmacist here in Cincinnati Oh and if you have monthly medications, I would encourage to get Atleast 3-5 months worth of meds in advance. Got a memo today and we now have restrictions on the amount of d**** we can order now. It’s never happened in my 4 years of being a pharmacist

Besides other replies, China has also dealt with SARS previously. So this is not their first rodeo and they knew how to prepare if it happened again.
