what if the arresting officers are not diagnosed and they end up spreading it to the people they come in contact? Unless you're suggesting we waste test on them right now?

Not much, it’s just common practice to list a patient’s medical history at the beginning of a case presentation to give the reader a better idea about the patient’s general health
