trump had ben carson (HUD) speaking about it at the task force yesterday

they will certainly follow through on this otherwise there will be riots

most governmental actions now are made to mitigate collapse of infrastructure

our PM just had the most confusing and unclear press conference I've ever seen from a pm, going totally against what our state premiers have told us earlier

I'm home from school for the foreseeable future now though

our PM has said that while schools are still open, parents are able to take their children out with no repercussions currently

What about people who rent? Suspending payment and evictions from only homeowners leaves out a lot of people.

Apparently it's covering both homeowners and renters

    yup

these were statements from both the NSW and VIC premieres

    here's the full conference:

luckily our states can go forward with what they wish to do, despite what he has said, though the premier of my state (NSW) is in the same party as him so she might concede to his word idk

if your landlord has no mortgage payment they should not be collecting rent from you either..

they may lie and try to guilt you and there will be stories of greedy landlords that will try but just don't pay and they have NO LEGAL RECOURSE in the future once they actually try to evict you.

this will be one of the main points to save 'the working class' and if the USA doesn't mitigate this your landlord has a lot more issues than collecting your rent.

good luck with an eviction when police and the courts aren't responding to non-essential matters.

landlords are parasites that will be destroyed like this virus

especially the over levered ones that own 30 properties and are using their renter payments to facilitate their mortgages lmfao

these greedy f***s are going to be crying so soon and not about 1 renter not giving them $1,200

    define temporary...

1 month - its gonna be more
3 months ? if I peaks in April , it won't tho - 5 months? more probable - 5 months is already crazy and until they start mass-producing the vaccine we'll all have to live in our tippy toes, because if this s*** spread once it will spread again, so 18 months to 2 years?

and what about the economy ? this will affect all our lives in a bad way , for what ? 5,10,15,25 years ?

    yeah this isn't temporary
