Lmao @ everybody attacking me. There are two general paths to be taken, and neither of them is necessarily wrong to take. There are a lot of factors to take into account and we won’t know which was right until all has blown over. I’m not saying opening by Easter is the right thing to do, it’s dumb. But long term lockdown is not either, and as soon as it’s lifted things will resume. Infection is inevitable to some degree.
The biggest thing is making sure hospitals don’t get overrun.
Anyone that’s seen me in this thread knows I’ve been talking about shutting things down for weeks. Same people that were saying this was just the flu a few weeks ago now calling me dumb lmao

Nothing will be worse economically than being wrong and making it last longer than necessary while also ending up doing what was recommended in the first place.
Instead of a full lockdown for maybe 6 to 8 weeks the US got a 2 week lockdown then people will half assly go back to work for a bit and it'll go very wrong so the markets will crash again and then the lockdown will have to be more serious and longer ruining summer for good for everybody and thus crashing the markets even harder.
And lemme tell you the number of hospital beds available, it's close to 0
