I mean, this bill is f***ing over many families. My girl has that friend in Boston. Her dad lost his job aas an electrician, her mom is old and has a medical condition so she's quite at risk but can't stop working at that grocery store otherwise she's not paid. That girl has a masters and yet can't find work so she's got some s*** job working for minimum wage and struggles to pay her own rent, usually her parents help her out but now they won't be able to and that whole family of a total of 4 siblings and 2 parents won't get anything but $1200 each at best for the next 2 months + whatever they can make from working which isn't easy right now.
