I got sick yesterday at work, came home and had a bloody puke, then I kept on puking for 6 hours all night. couldn't even hold down water. Went back and forth from being freezing cold to sweating.

now I just woke up and got the worst headache ever,

also one week ago I had the flu pretty bad, for 2 weeks.

yall think it might just be the flu coming back or?? I got work tomorrow but should I visit the doctor and try to get a day off?
