It’s just dry. Midwest weather is generally trash, I can’t justify living in northern cold climates without balancing it out with a great city culture with s*** to do to make it worth it (ie New York, Chicago, etc). Being initially from Texas, f*** this weather Stl feels very smalltown with not much to do unless you like watching hockey for the most part. Great italian food but that’s about it imo. I think the worst part for me personally is as someone who enjoys concerts a lot, many many acts outright skip stl.

Move to Miami? Any place in Cali?

Honestly NYC weather really isn't that bad, I've seen what Chicago and real northern weather is like and it's not comparable.

Florida is the worst state I’ve lived in still so I’ll pass May go live in Austin or Cali if I make the cash proper. Right now I’m under contract at this company so I still got like 1 year and a few months left before I can dip.

Aight serious question why don’t we quarantine elderly/at risk people specifically and let the rest of the world go on living? The economy would keep chugging, the people who aren’t at risk wouldn’t really be affected by inevitably catching it, and we’d be able to take care of the people who are stuck home better (less stress on delivery and pick up services).

I’m sure there’s an answer to why this wouldn’t work lol so this isn’t a rhetorical question

Because even all the people you say that can work normally can get sick and are enough to cripple the hospital systems on their own.

Death rates are higher for the groups you mentioned but people are being hospitalized across all age groups except the kids. We are still talking about a huge percentage of the population.

Unless you're telling me anybody older than 40 years of age has to stay at home. Maybe then your plan can work, but the economy won't.

Your plan might be feasible in later stages though once we have widespread antibody testing

Because people have partners and families to go home to. So arriving home and infecting your famiily (Who may or not have health problems) completely kills the point. Then assuming they go on with daily routines they spread that through their Schools and Workplaces creating widespread havoc.

    The Retiring Mane

Son said taking a uber or a lyft is a better alternative then taking the cheaper and more affordable MTA my g

Son really said "could use your own car" in NEW YORK CITY my g

Son is telling a bunch of niggas from Uptown who gotta commute to downtown or brooklyn to just ride a f***ing bike my g

Your solutions are impractical for the average person living in New York (and I mean the average person, not people like you that come from Eau f***ing Claire, Wisconsin to drive here and gentrify our neighborhoods.)

Yo @Coffee_Nerd maybe next time think before you start yelling that white ass "natural selection" s*** about a bunch of people that are just trying to keep the lights on 'nahmean?
