I trust Chic Fil A because I feel like they actually treat their employees well so people there aren't gonna be as bitter as other places.

Also, I imagine they're taking this very seriously and probably don't let people work if they think they're sick, there's probably extra safety out in place too. Again, it goes back to them having respect for their employees.
