honestly, i hope there is a reform in hospital management. healthcare staff that actually work the floor are f***ing furious because they're ran by managements who are made up of a buncha MBA's rather than people with experience on the floor, so all they see and care about is how to cut costs and value money over the health of their staff and patients

i hope doctors and nursing staff can get together and push these MBA mfers out and place those with actual hospital experience in charge of hospitals (as it should be) but this is America and i highly doubt we can achieve anything like that. its been a s*** show in the hospitals and its ridiculous that staff members are getting sick and dying from this disease, the country really dropped the ball big time during this whole thing but lemme stop before this turns into a 10 paragraph rant
