hospital administration needs to be reformed after the pandemic as well. the MBAs that are at the top need to be fired and replaced with doctors/nurses that want to be in a more managerial role. MBAs with 0 medical background running the hospitals does not make sense to me and was one of the contributing factors to the pandemic/shortage of PPE
