Heard Tennessee wasn’t taking this serious. I’m so sorry mate
Governor won’t even mandate masks lmao
Sounds like they're using death rate interchangeably with death totals, which doesn't make any sense. There are too many factors that have changed in terms of medical care and immunity to compare the inherent deadliness of the Spanish Flu and COVID-19.
We really trying to pull a Bill Russell vs Michael Jordan historical debate with pandemics
If no action was taken whatsoever, about 2 to 3 Million Americans would of died.
friend of mine that was staying at my second house/studio for the past couple weeks got sent home from work last week for coughing. we figured it was just her work exaggerating and ignored it, last time I saw her was Thursday. Friday as soon as I left work, I had a sore throat and an occasional body ache along with a headache (a headache was normal after work for me) so I went home that night and the next day she found out she tested positive. I got tested the next day and I found out today that I tested positive too. The good thing is most of my symptoms have gone away by this point (other than I can barely smell) and I haven't had a fever at all during this. I'll be out of isolation on Monday but the only other place I'll be going is back to my studio. The bad thing is my whole house is now out of work and that includes two near 60 year olds (my parents) and my 6 year old nephew. so we'll see how this plays out. the only places I've been at is my bedroom and in a recliner in my living room when everyones in bed (like right now)
Damn, your 6 year old nephew was working?
Where you at? India?
finna get real as hell out here from here out regarding the expiration of unemployment benefits, rent freezes, etc all of that going out the window today, hope y'all stay safe and know how to fend for yourselves because ultra violence is inevitably finna surface from this.
He could slide us $5000 and I still wouldn't throw him a vote
Good looks tho
Facts
I know I’m late to this topic but I don’t think it was a big deal that Fauci wasn’t wearing a mask at that baseball game.
He was sitting with I assume wife and sister (don’t know who those 2 ladies were) with NO ONE sitting near them. I don’t see the harm.
I’m sure they put their masks on when in contact with other people as they left the stadium.
I’m sure Trump would have got nothing but bad press if he did it and that would be unfair but there’s a difference. Fuaci has been about the science and facts while trump has been saying lies for months.
Either way, don’t think it was a big deal.

Florida wouldn’t do it either so all the big companies had to
There’s so much bad Covid information out there. Like I seriously hear people say the dumbest most misinformed s*** with complete confidence everywhere I go. We’re so f***ed.

Does anyone remember when 60,000 dead by the end of august was the worst case scenario hahaha
California cases are at the lowest 7 day average since July 10 and comparable to several days in the first week of the month. This is good to see because we were heading up pretty consistently for about 10 days there with no real signs of slowing down. We're currently at a 15% drop from our peak.
I want to be relieved that hospitalizations in LA have dropped by about 14% in the last week or so, but I can't believe those numbers with everything going on.
This chart shows a big dropoff in just the last few days, which is hard to believe with our reporting issues, but it would otherwise be very good news. At the very least, it seems unlikely that we're going to be overwhelmed by this surge, but the ICU numbers still need to come down.
