For sure, but the mask doesn't make people immune to it. You gotta still keep a distance from others, which these people aren't doing. They're still yelling, shouting, chanting, cheering. That's still spreading droplets/particles.

The mask helps, but it also gives people a false sense of security. I'd argue it's safer to stay six feet apart without a mask rather than one foot apart with a mask.
