I actually got tested for the first time for COVID last Sunday.
I tested negative. My bfs sister tested positive last Thursday but was in contact with her on Tuesday.
First time I had been in contact with some that had COVID.
She’s doing better
Realistically... when will things be back to SEMI normal
Tbh maybe end of Summer/ Fall
I also heard if everything goes right by Thanksgiving we could do it

In California numbers have gone down.
I’m hoping to continue seeing numbers get lower

July at the earliest
I do expect that I will be teaching in a classroom in September

We'll see how long that lasts
npr.org/sections/health-shots/2021/02/10/965940914/covid-19-vaccines-could-add-fuel-to-evolution-of-more-coronavirus-mutations
essentially some people are worried having vaccines so soon could exacerbate mutations in the virus that can slip through the initial vaccines
I been on the fence about the vaccine I mean obviously being immune to it is good at face value
But this s*** like how many will we need to get overtime if we get this first one
Is it irresponsible to work a job in public, and not get the first vaccine made available if it ends up evolving and you can get it again?
My bad if i sound ignorant,
Also a factor about how mask ordinances and laws end up going on once more people get a vaccine, states are going to use a statistic of how many people got a vaccine as cause to open up
then the mutations might spread before another vaccine for the mutated version could come out... idk man
