vaccine update:
when i was first injected at 9 AM - my arm was sore but mostly because i know my body was tense / anxious . the pain went away .
it’s now 9 PM and i feel really cold and have shivers - no fever . i texted my co worker who went with me and got the vaccine too and she’s been tired af - she woke up and had the shivers too .
praying that this is all , pls god . lol
glad i had my co worker and her husband with me this morning - i get so anxious with vaccines .
They didn't look at my pay stub at Walgreens, so I doubt they'll make a fuss
Okay that’s good to hear then, I’m hoping they don’t bug her about it. How was the general process like? Did you get there early just in case/was there a line? They didn’t ask for any verification/ID about if you were a teacher?
also , leading up to this i had been giving myself and my co worker vitamin c and zinc vitamins daily - hope that helps / pays off ?

It was really casual, I was actually like 7-8 minutes late and they saw me. There was nobody else behind me until I had already been waiting 3-4 minutes. I gave them my driver's license and a pay stub along with the other vaccination approval paperwork and insurance info they needed.
When you're done getting the shot, they have an area to wait in for 15 minutes in case of anaphylaxis. That happens about 1 out of every 100,000 doses.
Uncle Joe bringing summer back and giving us some money too. Might be the goat president already
Highkey
Mom got an appointment at CVS tomorrow, she signed up as a K-12 teacher but she's a college professor (sometimes goes to high schools and consults with students though on behalf of the college)
Do they actually be checking like that when you get there? Could they deny her?
where i went they wanted to see my pay stub and then my employee badge .

This happened to me too when I got my 1st shot
It was a Tuesday around 3pm and by night time, I felt really fatigued and warm and a headache
Felt like s*** and lowkey felt sick for like 3 days. But by Friday, I felt better

Ahh it should go well then hopefully, thanks so much for breaking down the process fam! All those long ass lines I keep seeing TV had me nervous for her but this looks like it’ll be a normal experience
