Well technically any variant can break through any of the vaccines since the efficacy is 90-95%, not 100%.

If the prevalence of this variant isn't growing significantly, I don't see an issue.

Honestly way better last night I couldn’t sleep and I was kept throwing up and had a fever and was kept shivering but I went to sleep all day today in the day time and just woke up not that long ago and feel way better. I have a bruise in my arm from where they gave me the shot but other then that I’m feeling well now I thought I had to call off tomorrow work but I think I can go in

Hasn't been proven the J&J causes blood clots - granted it wasn't proven that astrazeneca could cause them either until it was proven - so anything could change. But even if it did end up getting proven, it's still really unlikely you'd get them
