a 20 year old is more valuable to the economy than a 50 year old because a 20 year old still has 35-45 years of work in front of him as opposed to 50 year old who only has 15 years of work left
age is the primary factor but they will take comorbidities into account as well.
basically: the lower your survival rates are, the less help you can expect once reverse triage hits. it's very scary and usually only used in war. milan is doing this by now.

but maybe the figure out being ways to relieve the symptoms in a few weeks
and maybe the virus will have mutated into something less severe
or the most aggressive forms will have killed their hosts and the less aggressive forms will be the ones to spread
so there's no point in speculation
