Any tips to learn a new language without taking classes rn I been grinding Duolingo for French
Talk a lot. Watch youtube videos in your target language and talk about the video to yourself. Like discuss the topics mentioned in the video. You will get faster with finding words and grammar that way.
Talking to someone whos native with the language would be optimal but that’s not always possible.

Ive never done so, but my brother took a lot of french in uni, & said that when he needed a break from exercises that watching foreign films (subtitles off) was a great way to deepen his exposure
