    safe

the most reliable evidence relative to the US right now is South Korea which suggests a mortality rate of less than 0.1%

For sure be safe and everything but at the end of the day chances seem pretty high this is just a new strain of flu essentially

    My man stfu...no offense

They only that low bc they mobilized their entire country and have a better healthcare system with more testing and hospital beds per capita and less costs per person

US and EU response is more Iran-tier than SK-tier at this point trust me

Out here in Germany we dont have any responsible authorities and theyre saying dont go to the doctor if ur sick and downplaying it until its too late

We had 30 on Friday and 160 on Sunday officially, Germany gon be the new Italy soon come...these politicians really gon be the death of us im kinda upset. They doing everything so "the economy doesnt crash". Very disappointed at the official communication (none) and my university didnt say s*** either. And nobody can get tested at this point unless the symptoms are glaringly obvious. The semi-official medical institute here said dont go to the doctor when u sick stay at home and fight it out yourself smh

But thats exactly what u should do. You def shouldnt go to hospital you gonna spread that s***. You need to stay at home and call the ambulance when your life might be in danger. In my country they have created special "squad" and if you call and want to get tested they come by and test you.

    Lmao that's just not true

Toll. Im Nachhinein ist man immer schlauer.

German response been shambles, my state does not have any testing places at all and people can't get any treatment, how about Holland

My mom works at a hospital and has access to the stockroom. She said they only have 3 boxes of respirator masks left

Her friends who work in other hospitals say the same thing, very low on masks. They ordered new masks weeks ago but the pharmacy they get them from doesn't have them either so they have to wait.

Read some articles that said general practicioners have voiced concern. The Netherlands already has a shortage on healthcare workers and hospital beds, so in case of an epidemic they'd be unable to provide the care thats needed. It's also been reported that many lack the equipment they need to examine a large amount of possible infected patients.

Government is gonna look into buying extra medical equipment, which they should've done weeks ago when they first noticed the shortage issue imo. They're not canceling large group events because it's not needed according to them.
