The US with a population of 330 million as of today hasn't even tested 2000 people. There is absolutely a lack of testing. Meanwhile South Korea is testing at least 10.000 people a day.
And this idea that black people are immune to a new virus is absolutely f***ing beyond stupid and dangerous to believe. In many African countries HIV is a real problem. Having people think they're immune to this virus because they're black could cause some serious problems.

Although other nations lack China's command-and-control political economy, there are important lessons that presidents and prime ministers can learn from China's experience. The signs are that those lessons have not been learned.
So far, evidence suggests that the colossal public health efforts of the Chinese Government have saved thousands of lives. High-income countries, now facing their own outbreaks, must take reasoned risks and act more decisively.
