How is Danny Brown’s voice like that how does he do it
Fentanyl Tester is fire 🔥 man 👌🏾. That Kelis and Rob Base sample
It's honestly absurd how he made that, truly one of the hardest beat I've heard to date.
Yes I agree. I fully enjoyed that project and it actually had some themes going for it. More diverse flows too. That’s kind of my baseline.
I’m speaking more on LP! and this new project where I feel like he’s become extremely one note and boring with both his flows and content
I can get that. I still really like this and LP but Cornballs is another level to me, honestly one of my all time favs
This album def feels like Peggy featuring Danny, not cuz Danny underperformed or anything but because it's just so in Peggy's sonic universe
I can get that. I still really like this and LP but Cornballs is another level to me, honestly one of my all time favs
Cornballs is great but since Veteran he's just been getting better and better.
Gotta appreciate the artistic growth

I'd rank them Cornballs - Veteran - LP! personally

Nah the real version of LP! is easily his best album
A couple of his hooks aren’t bad I’ll give him that, he is able to be somewhat catchy
And his one flow works on most of his beats so he has that going for him
I just have high expectations, if your sound is really inspiring and adventurous I expect the lyrics to follow suit in some way.
Doesn’t make his music trash or anything, it’s just good to decent to me. It’s just weird that someone could have such adventurous taste in production but such bland, generic sensibilities as a writer. But it’s whatever. Besides the mix this is probably like a 7
exactly
there’s not really much to complain about in terms of production
but his lyrics hold most of his music back
I'd rank them Cornballs - Veteran - LP! personally
Fair, all so different and great in their own way.

Yup, this might surpass it though.

LP probably my favorite from his (offline version)
But Cornballs was the project that got me into Jpeg.
Veteran grew on me

he did whippets til it got stuck like that

Whippets don't change your voice
I could be wrong cause I'm not really familiar with Danny's music like that but could it be that these beats are just too dense for Danny's vocal tone thats why its hard to understand him?

He raps on some pretty wild production tbh, just think he's mixed lower than the beats on most of the tracks.

on his album atrocity exhibiton he raps over insane beats too and you can understand him well. on this, his vocals are just mixed more quietly
