No it's not lmfao. People are born different levels of creative intelligence, it depends on their environment and how they're nurtured for it be horned in though. Beyonce wasn't born with the voice she has now nor the work drive but the creative intelligence has always been there, she was nurtured into stardom. T

The same with Kanye, he was always creatively intelligent, musically intelligent. Although both Beyonce and Kanye had to LEARN, their talent cannot simply be something that is as easy as learning, it's something they're both naturally gifted with, musically and creative wise. To learn is to acquire a skill through experience, teaching, or studying. How could bey know she wanted to sing if she didnt experience it, or ye know how to sample if he didnt study the game?

I think creativity is a skill like playing the guitar if you work at it you can get better. Anyone can “strum” a guitar but that dont mean it sound good, but with enough factors at play you can become creative at a given topic

The point is CREATIVE INTELLIGENCE, like the different types of intelligence , everybody has their own different type of level due to genetics from the base, you cannot fall into the hands of super creativity at just a magical point in your life when you werent creative at all before
