    I never said anything about their selection or service. It's specifically regarding the app. Their offline download/syncing system is stupid and outdated. No background download, device must be on at all times and user must stay in the app.

    So if you leave the app you lose the download? Or you just mean you just have to leave the app and device open while your movie downloads for it to finish downloading?

    Cause if it’s the second part that’s not too bad like if you’re just tryna download a movie for a flight or something

    The latter. It’s not a deal breaker but severely outdated especially when other services allow background downloading
