This. It looks and runs exceptionally bad to a level that is unfathomable considering what other resource intensive games have gotten out of the same hardware.

LDBecause Rockstar is better at creating open worlds than CDPR

This s*** looks and plays like Watch Dogs 3
Until they have increased NPC density, improved graphics, gunplay that isn't Fallout 3 esque, enemy AI that isn't clueless, people that aren't bullet sponges and actually react when you shoot them, proper animations, and proper physics

why are yall saying increase pop density when it already has more than gta v
like nobody says this s*** about gta v or other open world games in modern day
and the dmg sponge thing is a dumb point, it's an rpg, and they've explained why they're spongey in the beginning and on higher diffs
game has actual issues and you focused on some of the factors that aren't even issues
