the people who keep comparing CDPR to Rockstar are really confusing me. CDPR is such a tiny studio compared to Rockstar, not to mention this game is an RPG. it’s more like fallout than red dead, the comparisons are really strange and shows people don’t understand what they’re talking about.

after days of research ive decided im not playing this until they patch up the bugs

the rpg elements are totally nonexistent . really sucks :/ I was dying to play this game since March. the lack of AI really did for me. Seeing a video of people in the street literally disappearing and not spawning back after you shoot a street sign was depressing.

game was marketed as an RPG game but it really isn't

its more of an open world action adventure game.

Extremely shallow dialogue options, life paths being almost nonexistent after the prologue. Ability dialogue options having almost no impact on the conversation.

Lack of customization with your character. Etc etc.
It’s not a bad RPG but it’s definitely a shallow one in the vain of an Ubisoft esque RPG compared to other true RPG games

I feel like you can actually customize a lot on your character and weapons. True I think the dialogue doesn’t really affect the main story but does more on side missions

Yeah I think the RPG elements that it’s actually good in is the combat system

Everything else just feels barebones
