CEO with his foot in his mouth. Speaking on s*** he probably had no idea on just to build more hype.

The developers whenever the PR team or CEO’S said s*** would be in the game when that wouldn’t be the case

my prediction: First DLC will be free for everyone like AC Unitys DLC after its buggy release

Sounds like in that conference they did that CDPR is pushing back DLC/Expansion announcement indefinitely, so I think that definitely points to them planning on doing much more to the base game than just performance and bug patches.

Also said they consider the AI issues as “bugs”, which I assume means they plan on addressing them.

There’s no telling when that’s coming though. Wouldn’t be surprised if they start pulling people off the DLC, shelve it for later, and get those people to start working on the base game.
