How many NPCs was in a city on RDR2? If the max amount was put into a city on here it’d look barren.

NPCs have to be uniquely generated, and the more there are the more memory utilized. Stop comparing what other completely different games have to what you’re demanding from this.

The best part of RDR2 is the completely separate NPC interactions which has nothing to do with how many they are and those interactions don’t have any impact on the performance because they’re out in the middle of nowhere with nothing else around to render.

I’m talking about the number of npcs, where did I mention complexity? As the number of npcs goes up it becomes harder to make them complex, not a hard concept to understand
