The inconsistencies with Jackie/Mama Welles and relationships with the fixers show this more than anything man. Loving the game too but I feel like we deserve a tell-all from CDPR as to why it feels like so much s*** seems to have been cut/unfinished last minute.

Fr it feels like they realized that a lot of s*** was beyond saving and tried to patch them out as fast as possible instead of actually fixing anything. The generic cop/NPC placeholder AI being a prime example

This video and the pathing in the racing mission makes me think they were forced to make cops spawn directly behind you because they could not get chasing working with the car driving physics in time, like look how bad this s*** is
