tbh i haven’t played the patch yet but IMO it was a cool lil action RPG even on launch. like i told the other dude, i recommend copping if it sounds/looks remotely interesting to you. i don’t think you’ll be disappointed. there’s a ton of side quests and optional s*** to do and explore so it should keep you busy for a while too

Is the RTX mode a substantial improvement?

There’s a day and night difference between performance and ray tracing on consoles. The 30 FPS on ray tracing looks pretty bad when you’re comparing it to the smoothness of 60 on performance

the vehicle handling is so much better

30 FPS feels SO sluggish lmao. Feels like i’m moving through mud

did you turn off motion blur? To me the 30fps looks pretty good

it’s a good game, especially if you like rpgs and fps games. It’s not an all-time classic but they can still improve it with expansions and progress further with the concept in a sequel.

it’s definitely worth $20-30 which it’s usually on sale everywhere even now on Xbox and PlayStations stores it’s like $25 I think

Yeah I turned off motion blur too and no real difference. To be fair, I started playing on performance for like 2-3 hours and then switched to ray tracing which is prob why i felt the difference. I was already spoiled by the 60 fps

This is cool so far but the gunplay is wild clunky

i feel you on that. i have over 90 hrs in the game and only today was i able to actually play in 30fps mode. It feels okay on the driving imo, sluggish forsure but it makes the cars' sense of speed feel much more realistic IMO

anyone have any good controller sens settings... i hate how the camera spins so quickly if u do more than like a 30 degree turn

world is p much the same but didn't expect that to change

The haptic feedback really helps make the shooting feel beefier.

Anyone using HDR? S*** still looks super washed out for me no matter where I set it.

As an FYI I think they also changed some of the menu UI, the forward time menu is definitely different.

First few hours of my experience with this game yesterday was miles better than on launch. Aside from one crash, this was exactly what I would have wanted day 1. Glad the devs took their time to fix the game

I tried it out and it looked weird so I switched it back off

I love all things cyberpunk genre so this s*** hitting nice in terms of aesthetics.
