i dont know why but this game went from just ok to f***ing incredible for me once i hit around the 10 hour mark. i started locking into these side missions, upgrading my character and now im hooked.

It's addicting as hell for sure, the last update made it one of my favorite games of all time. Really excited to see what they do in a sequel years from now.

This game was great but it also suffered from that concept of like “empty stuffed”

I’ve got the same complaints about some of the content here as the Spider-Man repetitiveness but it’s more prevalent here. And the story was pretty short.

the main story is pretty thin but if you think of it as a setup for the real story (Phantom Liberty, starring Idris Elba as Sol Reed) its not so bad lol

the issue with classic models is those designs arent up to par with todays safety standards

Phantom liberty was a way better story but I didn’t choose that ending

I guess it still works cause I chose the reaper ending but it also feels pretty disconnected from the main game

Don’t get me wrong I really enjoyed the game I just think there’s deffo things that could’ve been better

even without choosing the NUSA/the cure ending, i feel that everything V/the player goes through in Dogtown still would influence how they would solve their own problem in Night City proper (trusting/siding with friends for better or worse v going solo)

not denying that faults of the game though

I think a strong female lead would be really cool and more recognizable faces but different ones

oh yeah the sequel should/better be killer with all the progress they made from base game to dlc

Currently nearing the end of the main story but with a s***load of gigs n side stuff to do, 53 hrs in on a PS4 which means I’m playing the inferior version of the game but wow it’s sensational.

Occasionally encounter a bug here and there but mostly they’re just delays and nothing game breaking. Narratives and storytelling 10/10. Characters are perfect and writing is perfectly balanced between being edgy and serious.

Only complaint would be how the world feels so dead and soulless besides the quests. Needs more spontaneous stuff and random encounters instead of NCPD crimes. Also AI drivers are damn stupid always driving in wrong lanes and stuff NPCs that aren’t directly involved with V are just existing but not doing anything really
