I always connect more dots in the lore when I fire it up, whether it be from a shard or something random that a civilian says. That has a lot to do with it

100%. Even the smaller QOL mods can be completely game changing. I won’t start a new playthroughs without fast travel anywhere and infinite respec installed

Plus it looks really pretty fully maxed out

Copped and installed the Welcome to Nightcity 2.31a mod pack. Pretty sick ngl

genuinely shocked how good this looks on switch 2, has me really excited for this gen. I think I’ll pick up re9 on switch 2 as well

I went Spike Spiegel mode and focused on pistols and grenades + Sandevistan

this and Johnny's gun were what I used 90% of the time with the occasional shotgunning

I’m running sandy on this build too but it’s so weird not being able to use quick hacks. I’m still getting used to it

I neglected the hacking stuff outside of whatever was necessary

I also had Gorilla Arms so I could just rip open doors most of the time

Finally playing male V. The Panam romance is so disappointing, I thought the basilisk scene was just the start but that’s the one and only time you guys hook up

Yeah. Sandevistan + heavy pistols one shotting most enemies with a headshot worked for me.

If I did another run I would build into hacks though cause some of the s*** you can do with it looks fun.

Shootouts were just too much fun in this game

Netrunning is sick, haven’t really done it full blown, but you can essentially clear out enter buildings of enemies without setting foot through the front door.

Knowing how good this game is while realizing it’s only 30% of what they actually promised is insane

nexusmods are some mega hoes for making it miserable to be a non-premium member. Like a basic appearance mod will require 25+ different files and unless you're a premium member you have to actually individually download every single file for 1 mod?

I eventually caved and bought premium trying to download the tale of two wastelands mod for fallout, hundreds of files needed to be added individually

It’s worth it but depends how much you mod. But yeah f*** nexusmods in general
