It's confirmed to not be. Daft Punk get final say on everything being released. Hence why there was able to be silence for like...8 years from them lmao.

Both Thomas & Guy-Man have been heavily involved in all the recent social media activity and reissues.

I think they realized they let fans down and are trying to give them some extra breadcrumbs to help make it up to them.

The music video for the new track was also directed by their creative partner, Cedric Hervet.
